Postage and Packing
For delivery to Mainland UK
We charge £3.50 for delivery to Mainland UK addresses. Carriage is just £2.50 for any amount of
items when you spend over £25
Please telephone us for a delivery quote to other areas or complete your order details and you will
be notified of the shipping charge at the basket checkout confirmation page.
Delivery Times
We aim to despatch all orders promptly and if you are in mainland UK you should receive yours
within 5-7 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days,
please contact us.
Deliveries outside the UK usually go by post and may take up to 28 days.
Returns
If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), please notify us within 7 days
and we'll give you a full refund. We will arrange for you to return the goods by post or if they
cannot be accepted by the postal service, we will collect them. Do not return any items without
contacting us first for instructions.
