Are you brand or product loyal?

From washing powder to saucepans, it's no surprise that certain brands inspire a great deal of loyalty.
Do you swear by a specific brand for your kitchen appliances? Or purchase the own store products for the majority of your cupboard staples, but always buy this one particular kind of tinned tomato's?
Maybe you gravitate towards a brand specifically for its packaging?
Or alternatively...Is brand/product loyalty just a thing of the past, where supermarket price wars determine shopping habits? After all, aren't we all just looking for that next cost saving option?
